His legal journey began when he studied the philosophy of law at Oxford University. He earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2016 and has spent the majority of his career as a prosecutor. Specializing in child abuse and sex crimes, Richard brings significant trial experience in the courtroom, advocating for justice and the protection of individuals. His passion for upholding the law and ensuring accountability drives his work every day and is evident in his representation. Richard also enjoys teaching in the legal studies department at Missouri Western State University.
